A long term personal project created while returning to the Dominican Republic and reconnecting with the people who shaped my early life. Through environmental portraits and quiet observation, the work explores memory, absence, permanence, and the emotional distance between lives that once moved together but evolved differently over time. Some people left, others stayed. This project focuses on those who remained.
